Doctor Damage (DrDamage) is a great addon that allows you to see what kind of damage output you will see based on what gear you have equipped. It's lower memory overhead than Theorycraft. It doesn't have the ability to check gear that you don't have equipped, like Theorycraft, but frankly that functionality was a bit buggy in TC. Also, it's more accurate for the Burning Crusade than Theorycraft is. It does a better job of accounting for your talents and their impact on your damage.
