Well, it would seem that dual spec'ing just got a little easier and became more available, too. Blizzard has announced that this feature will become available to players at level 40 instead of the previously announced 80. This is nice for players who enjoy dungeon style leveling and will also give players time to familiarize themselves with both specs before trying to heal heroics on the Druid they leveled as feral. It was also announced this week that they are removing the reagent requirement. Players will no longer need a Lexicon of Power to toggle between their specs, it will now be as easy as clicking a button. There is a five second cast time and it automatically swaps your glyphs, action bars and your spec (pretty sweet). The only manual process will be gear exchange which is made quite easy with the use of a mod like Item Rack.
